I was born in Acton, West London in England in 1952.
When
I was six weeks old I was pushed a distance towards Chiswick, about 3 miles away.
It was a very bad day and history says
that on that particuler day it was the worst smog on record and I was being pushed out in this.That was my first encounter
with death and it was only the lady that my father lived with in the war that actually saved my life by turning my pushchair
(Buggy) into a ventilator.
